Scriptures of Promises
If you want help in conquering
crack cocaine something has to change…drastically. Nobody can
put something on you that will solve your problems. Todd and I
are here to teach you things that work for us and when you apply
these things to your life that we teach you, things will begin
to change. You have to make the decision with faith that what we
teach you, works. No one can conquer crack alone… NOONE!... So
you can decide continue to be pitiful or apply our teachings and
become powerful.
First- something has to change. What is scrolling across our
website that Todd quoted? “Do nothing and nothing will happen”
the opposite is do something and something will happen!
“Knowledge is power” but it is only powerful if you apply it.
Second- You have to stop feeling sorry for yourself. You can
be pitiful or powerful, which one do you want?… There is no in
between when you’re on the journey to conquering crack cocaine.
Todd and I get lots of emails everyday; we offer our sympathy
and empathy. We give the cyber hugs and love but there comes a
point you either stay on the pity pot or wipe your butt, pull
your pants up and flush all the crap down. You have to be
willing to stop feeling sorry for yourself and be willing to
move forward. This can be done with the knowledge and power of
God.
Third- you need to change your attitude about yourself. DO
NOT say you can never break the bondage crack cocaine has on
you. This not just for the user as the non-addict we too are in
bondage to crack cocaine if we allow it. Do Not say that your
crack-head will never break free from the bondage of crack
cocaine. When you do you declare it to be true. Stop saying you
will never conquer crack… stop saying you can only arrest your
addiction to crack cocaine…. they are crack lies… do not listen
to these lies. I know people go to AA,CA, NA and 12 step groups…
GREAT!! Keep going! They are great places to meet people in the
same situation… there is power in unity… but I caution you to
believe the statement that you can only arrest your addiction to
crack… it is a mistake to put crack in the same category as all
other drugs… a drug is not a drug and we all know this when it
comes to crack cocaine. If you decide to go to meetings… GO WITH
SOMEONE SAFE! What you do in these meetings is share what is
working for you, bring paper and something to write with, take
notes on ideas of what is working for others and try the ideas,
the rest let fly… do not even state that you believe you can
more then arrest your addiction to crack cocaine it will only
cause anger in the group and not worth the argument… they will
ask you when they see the change in you privately… let your
actions be your testimony then when someone asks you what you
are doing tell them.
Scripture tells us in Romans 4 you get what you say out of
your mouth. Take a look at Romans 4:9 it says… We have been
saying that Abraham's faith was credited to him as
righteousness. Righteousness is something that is morally
upright in other words without guilt or sin: In this verse
Abrahams faith gave him what was righteous. Through faith not
through what was already there. This is why you can declare you
will conquer crack cocaine! Not because some man made program
says we can but through faith you can…The verse does not say
that a meeting nor Todd nor I or any steps will credit you
righteousness… it says FAITH will.
Take a look at Romans 4:16-17
16Therefore, the promise (what we ask God for) comes by
faith, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all
Abraham's offspring—(we are Abrahams offspring, so we can
declare this) not only to those who are of the law (their
talking about laws of the flesh or man made rules, sin) but also
to those who are of the faith of Abraham. He is the father of us
all. 17As it is written: "I have made you a father of many
nations." He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he
believed--the God who gives life to the dead and calls things
that are NOT as though they were. Did you get that? AND CALLS
THINGS THAT ARE NOT AS THOUGH THEY WERE!
**overcoming our dysfunctional life
The first thing we need to do is admit we are living
dysfunctional… so right now out loud state “I am living a
dysfunctional life, but I know I can learn how to live my life
and become functional again. I believe in myself and my ability
to overcome my dysfunctional past and I am committed to do so, I
know by admitting I have lived a dysfunction life, God will help
me become functional again” (repeat)
1 John 1 states
9If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will
forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Scripture tells us we have the right to forget our past. We
have to let go in order to move forward. You can not change one
minute of what has passed. Philippians 3: 14 reads Brothers, I
do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one
thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what
is ahead…Isaiah 43:18 "Forget the former things; do not dwell on
the past. If God can forgive and forget our past then we can and
others can too. Isaiah 65:17 says “the former things will not be
remembered, nor will they come to mind”. So let it go… let all
you have done wrong or all that you have been though that was
terrible go… bye…bye gone. It is our right.
**Pitiful or powerful… you choose… What do you want???
Ecclesiastes 10:4
4 If a ruler's anger rises against you,
do not leave your post;
calmness can lay great errors to rest.
How can you relate this to conquering crack cocaine? Read it
this way… God makes a promise to us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 to
provide a way out when we are being tempted. The key
understanding needs to be that we might have to look for it
because the enemy does not want you to see it.
1 Corinthians 10:13
13No temptation has seized you except what is common to man.
And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what
you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a
way out so that you can stand up under it.
Go back to Ecclesiastes 10:4
4 If a ruler's anger rises against you,
do not leave your post;
calmness can lay great errors to rest
And lets name the ruler crack and read the verse like this If
crack’s anger or we can say urges rises against you …DO NOT
leave your post or we can say safe place, calmness or we can say
serenity can lay great errors or we can say mistakes to rest… by
comparing the bible to crack cocaine we can clearly see how
important it is to get to that state of being serene or calm.
**Finding Serenity… Serenity is the state of being calm
1. Daily prayer- very little progress can be made in your
journey without prayer… prayer is simply communication with God.
What kind of prayer do you practice? Practice the kind of prayer
that has its focus in God, letting God love you while you’re
surrendering yourself to His will.
2. Have awareness, honesty and benevolence. These values are
absolutely needed in your journey to serenity… they fulfill the
second of Christ’s two great commandments, “love your neighbor
as yourself” ... stealing form your neighbor cuz you think they
will never miss it… is not loving them. Living in awareness
simply means that you stay tuned to whatever it is you’re doing.
This awareness is accepted in the spirit of honesty, meaning you
acknowledge your perceptions, thoughts, feelings and desires.
Benevolence which means a compassionate regard for yourself,
other people and all of God’s creation.
3. Take a daily inventory- this takes discipline and
practice…and probably is the most difficult to do. Take a few
minutes to write in your journal how you have lived your day.
Affirm the good you have done, and you honestly note the games
you played and the selfishness you had displayed. Then pray
fully and whole heartedly ask God for forgiveness and ask for
the knowledge to formulate plans for dealing in areas of
weakness that you have. Execute those plans to have a better day
tomorrow.
If you do these three things call them steps if you like, you
will find serenity. By having a daily conversation with God,
being aware of what you are doing, being completely honest in
all you do, and having compassion for yourself, others and God’s
creation, then writing down what you have accomplishes and what
you need to work on will give you calmness to work your program
for living your life crack cocaine free and that is not just for
the user… but as a victim of crack cocaine you are also caught
in the crack trap and need to find your own freedom from crack
cocaine.
**Seeking truth…
First… if it’s true…it is true for everyone
Second… there will be evidence to support the facts that are
being presented
Third… if its true…it’s true forever, it is consistent
Here is what I found in scripture…
John 8:32 states the truth will set us free
Proverbs 12:13 states the truth will bring us through
troubles
Romans 1:18 states we will receive the wrath of God for with
holding the truth
Philippians 4:8 says to meditate on things that are true
Psalm 52:6 says we desire truth
Psalm 52 talks about how God will destroy those who lie
CRACKHEADS DO NOT LIVE IN TRUTH!!!
Todd boldly speaks about his I AMs… Just as Jesus Stated in
John 14:6… I AM The Way, the truth and the life…
Scripture tells us to be bold and strong for our Lord God is
with us always…
Todd boldly declares he is the crack conqueror…
He boldly declares …I AM The Crack conqueror
He boldly declares …I AM not afraid of crack
He boldly declares …I AM not afraid to expose crack
He boldly declares …I AM not afraid to hurt your feelings
He boldly declares …I AM not afraid to tell the truth
He boldly declares …I AM not afraid to shame myself to
“Attack Crack”
Here are some scriptural I AM we all have the right to boldly
declare…
John 1:12 Declares the I AM a child of God
John 15:15 Declares I AM a friend of Jesus
Romans 5:1 Declares IAM justified
I Corinthians 6:17 Declares I AM one spirit with HIM
I Corinthians 12:27 Declares I AM a member of Christ’s body
II Corinthians 5:17 Declares I AM a new creation
Ephesians 1:1 Declares I AM a saint… a saint is a Christian
Collisions 2:10 Declares I AM complete in Christ
Romans 8:1 Declares I AM forever free from condemnation
Romans 8:28 Declares I AM assures that ALL THINGS work
together for the good …even the mess created by being a
crackhead!
Philippians 3:30 Declares I AM a citizen of Heaven
John 15:1 & 5 Declares I AM a branch of a true vine, a
channel of HIS life
Acts 1:8 Declares I AM a personal witness of Christ
Romans 11:16 Declares I AM holy
I Peter 2:9&10 Declares I AM a part of the chosen
I Corinthians 3:16 and 6:19 Declares I AM Gods temple, HIS
spirit lives in me
II Corinthians Declares I AM God’s co-worker
Ephesians 2:6 Declares I AM seated with Christ in heavenly
places
Ephesians 2:10 Declares I AM God’s workmanship created in
Christ to do HIS work that HE planned beforehand for me to do
When you declare “I AM” you declare the truth about yourself…
like I AM a crackhead…or I AM a crack conqueror! You choose your
I AMs!
**More then Conquerors
Romans 8:35-39
35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall
tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or
nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36As it is written:
"For Your sake we are killed all day long;
We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through
Him who loved us. 38For I am persuaded that neither death nor
life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things
present nor things to come, 39nor height nor depth, nor any
other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love
of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
How about adding crack to this verse? 38For I am persuaded
that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor
powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39nor height nor
depth, nor crack cocaine, nor any other created thing, shall be
able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ
Jesus our Lord.
It says we are MORE than conquers… so you can MORE than
conquer crack… Todd has more than conquered crack by going
beyond conquering crack and writing his books and doing his
music then bringing this message to you. I am more than a
conqueror over crack cocaine as I bring this message to you.
**Healed by Faith
Mark 5:25-34
25A large crowd followed and pressed around him. And a woman
was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years.
(what if we said smoking crack for 12 years?) 26She had suffered
a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all
she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse. 27When
she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and
touched his cloak, 28because she thought, "If I just touch his
clothes, I will be healed." 29Immediately her bleeding stopped
and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering.
30At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from him. He
turned around in the crowd and asked, "Who touched my clothes?"
31"You see the people crowding against you," his disciples
answered, "and yet you can ask, 'Who touched me?' "
32But Jesus kept looking around to see who had done it.
33Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came and
fell at his feet and, trembling with fear, told him the whole
truth. 34He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has healed you.
Go in peace and be freed from your suffering."
He said your faith has healed you…Go in peace and be freed
from your suffering… Your FAITH has healed you go in peace and
be freed from crack cocaine!... Not Camille, Not Todd… not NA
not your mama… but your faith has healed you.
Go in peace and seek this freedom from crack cocaine… you
will find it
